It is ideal for pancakes, eggs and fajitas as well as searing steaks and burgers. The 3/8" stainless steel griddle surface retains heat and cooks evenly. Two stainless steel burners produce 45,000 BTUs across the 540 sq. in. surface. A stainless steel cover protects the griddle when not in use.
