Shipping policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will begin fulfilling your order immediately. All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, with transit times of 3–7 business days — so you can expect delivery within 4–10 business days of placing your order.

Shipping Charge

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $299. For orders under $299, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Order Shipment

We will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please follow up with us at info@dawsonheat.com.

Shipping Options

Our standard curbside delivery is free on orders over $299 and typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order is processed. For select products, we also offer the following upgraded delivery options — please contact us before ordering for details and pricing:

• Threshold Delivery — Your item is brought to your porch, a sheltered area, or your garage.
• White Glove Delivery — Your item is brought to the room of your choice, with minor assembly completed and all packaging removed. Please note that saunas will not be assembled under this option.
