These billing terms apply to all orders placed on dawsonheat.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was placed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed on our site. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and credit card information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. Your card or payment account will be charged when you complete checkout.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We use industry-standard secure payment processing to protect your payment information. Dawson Heat does not store your full card details on our systems.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided. This confirmation is acknowledgement that we have received your order, not that your order has been accepted or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices shown on dawsonheat.com are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly. You will not be charged for a cancelled order.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the applicable state and local tax rates. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies associated with your order.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us at info@dawsonheat.com before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may delay resolution and could affect your ability to place future orders.
