Product Description

This Bromic heat deflector (part number BH3030001-1) fits the Platinum Smart-Heat Gas 300 Series infrared heater. It is a dual-layer stainless steel shield that mounts on top of the heater and reduces the required clearance from the top of the heater to a combustible surface above to 14 inches, down from 3 feet without it. It also captures heat that would otherwise rise vertically and redirects it down toward the seating area, and adds weather protection for the heater. Bromic recommends it for low-ceiling installations and exposed locations. The heater is sold separately.
