Four fully adjustable 5 mm stainless steel cooking grids, a multi-purpose roast/rib rack and 16 stainless steel meat hooks let you smoke a wide variety of foods. Roto-Draft damper technology and an Accu-Temp thermometer help you hold steady temperatures. Double-walled construction, a fold-down grease tray and a secondary door for easy access complete the design.
