The Broil King Regal Pellet 500 PRO lets you smoke, roast or sear with the touch of a dial. Its 2 mm / 14-gauge steel body offers a 625 sq. in. primary cooking surface and 240 sq. in. secondary surface with heavy-duty cast iron grids. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled digital interface gives enhanced temperature control, and you can monitor your cook from the Broil King smartphone app. A powerful auger feeds pellets from the 22 lb hopper, and two electronic meat probes track internal temperatures. Quick-set buttons, a timer and stopwatch, and a removable drip tray make every cook easy, with upgraded PRO features.
