The Broil King Regal Charcoal Offset 400 is styled after traditional southern smokers for authentic low-and-slow barbecue. Its body is constructed from heavy 2 mm / 14-gauge steel with a 500 sq. in. primary cooking surface and heavy-duty cast iron grids. A chimney-style stack with Roto-Draft cast aluminum dampers offers easy heat control. Dual-purpose smoke-diffusing charcoal trays and removable ash trays in both chambers make it convenient to use and clean. A removable steel shelf adds prep space, and large crack-proof wheels make it easy to move.
